We do everything we can to provide the best possible service to all our clients. We would love to heal the world, but unfortunately we only have 24 hours in the day, just like everyone else! When a client fails to make their appointment, or cancels at the last minute, that time slot is wasted and another client can’t get in the door, potentially one that really needed some work done that day.
Please provide at least a 24-hour notice for appointment time changes and/or cancelations.
Changes and/or cancelations with less than 24-hours’ notice will incur a $20 fee. Changes and/or cancelations with less than 1-hours’ notice are categorized as a missed appointment, and missed appointments incur a $40 fee.
Change/cancelation fees will be deducted from gift certificates and/or pre-payments on file, or if none available will be collected before being able to schedule the next service.
The balance of this fee must be paid before further appointments can be made.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
